Mortgage Case Manager - Hull (Full time or 30+ hours per week)
We're an experienced Mortgage & Protection business based in Hull, and we're looking for a Mortgage Case Manager to join our friendly, supportive team.
The Role
You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, supporting them from application through to completion. Day to day, you'll:
Prepare and package mortgage applications to a high standard Assist with underwriting queries Liaise with our Mortgage Advisors and Solicitors Keep clients updated and ensure the process runs smoothly
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have customer service or admin experience in:
Financial services, banking, or mortgage broking Estate/letting agencies or conveyancing/solicitors. Or if you're a mortgage advisor looking to move into a client support role.
Key qualities: organised, professional, client-focused, and a real team player.
