Our product simplifies property investing from start to finish, making real estate investment accessible to everyone.

What you'll do

Own the end-to-end mortgage application journey.

You will take responsibility from initial documentation through to completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

Be the trusted partner for clients and stakeholders.

You will provide clear updates, anticipate challenges, and guide them confidently through each step.

Bring structure and oversight.

You will maintain rigorous documentation and pipeline management, ensuring deadlines are met and standards remain high.

Drive innovation.

You will apply your curiosity and passion for technology to reimagine how we deliver our mortgage offering, introducing new ways to scale impact.

What you'll bring

A background as a

Mortgage Administrator, Case Manager, or in a similar role

with proven experience overseeing

buy to let cases

. Strong

CRM proficiency

combined with a track record of detail-oriented execution. Energy for

high-volume, fast-paced work

while maintaining accuracy. Excellent

client communication and relationship-building skills.

A

customer-first mindset

combined with creativity in solving problems.

This role will suit you if

You have experience and knowledge in

BTL mortgages.
