Role Summary



Working Hours

: Monday to Friday (with rotating weekend shifts - approx. 1 day every 6 weeks)

Holiday:

28 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) + Birthday Day Off

We're on the lookout for a passionate, people-focused Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a B Corporation Certified business. If you love helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams while making sure they're financially protected, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:



Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs. Offering expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options. Guiding people through the home-buying journey - and making it less scary! Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria.

What We're Looking For:



CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) (must have) Previous experience in mortgage advising preferred Great communicator and genuinely good with people. Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload Outgoing and personable A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Eager to learn and develop within a visionary and ambitious business
