Join our growing team at BVS Mortgages and Financial Services Ltd as a Mortgage / Protection Adviser and play a vital role in guiding clients through some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.

About the Role



As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will:

Provide tailored advice on mortgage and/or protection solutions to meet each client's unique needs and circumstances. Guide clients through the full application process, from initial consultation to successful completion. Liaise with lenders, insurers, solicitors, and internal admin/paraplanning teams to ensure smooth and timely processing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market products, rates, and provider criteria. Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal company procedures at all times.

Skills & Qualifications



We are looking for candidates who are:

CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) - mandatory for Mortgage Adviser roles. Experienced in advising on mortgages, protection, or both. Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage a high volume of cases. Motivated, ethical, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Familiar with sourcing systems and current UK financial services market trends.
Location: Hybrid

Hours: Monday - Friday | 09:30 AM - 6:30 PM
