Salary - 30k - 35k basic + uncapped commission (75k OTE)
Location - Manchester
An established mortgage brokerage is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their team. You'll benefit from a steady flow of warm leads from introducers, repeat clients, and online enquiries, with full admin support so you can focus on advising.
This is an office-based role in a modern co-working space in Manchester, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays and an early finish at 2pm.
Mortgage & Protection Adviser Responsibilities;
Advise clients on suitable mortgage and protection products to meet their needs. Deliver exceptional service and maintain long-term client relationships. Work collaboratively with admin support to ensure a smooth application process. Maintain a strong protection conversion rate and consistent delivery of results. Thrive in a sales-focused yet relationship-driven environment.
Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage & Protection Adviser;
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser. Proven track record of high protection conversion. CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified. Based near Manchester.
