The Opportunity

We're looking for a

Mortgage & Protection Adviser

and a

Protection Specialist

to join our growing team. You'll be joining a business that values integrity, lifestyle balance, and straight-talking advice that puts clients first, every time.

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

You'll work with 2-4 pre-qualified appointments per day, passed through by our dedicated new business team Leads are generated from trusted partnerships, internal marketing and our existing client base You'll liaise with support staff and fellow advisers to ensure clients get an excellent experience throughout the homebuying or protection journey Focus on great advice, not admin - as a team, we handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on results You'll have access to an in-house marketing team if you want to build your own book, too

Ideal Candidate

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) 2-4 years of experience in a regulated advice or office-style environment Solid grasp of mortgages, protection and what great outcomes look like Team player who's ready to put a shift in, but values balance and flexibility A genuine focus on doing the right thing for clients
