Mortgage & Protection Adviser

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to provide exceptional levels of advice and customer service within our retention operation. First Mortgage are the UK's number 1 ratedmortgage broker and this is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join our award-winning team.
Due to the strong growth of the business we are expanding to a new location in Gateshead and this is a great opportunity to join a fast growing, ambitious company and contribute to our long-term success.

Experience in the role and a passion for providing exceptional customer service is a must. The successful candidate must be fully CeMAP qualified and have experience in providing face-to-face client mortgage and protection advice.

You will be guaranteed a minimum 20 pre-qualified appointments per month, combined with fee free advice and a 5-star rated service, meaning First Mortgage is the place to be for ambitious and talented mortgage & protection advisers. The provided appointments come from a combination of new and existing clients from across the country.

You will:

Be able to clearly describe the First Mortgage value proposition and the benefits to clients

Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size

Have a minimum of 2 years face to face mortgage and protection experience

Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector

Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards

Available to work evenings and weekends to offer customers appointments to suit their needs

Have a dedicated Case Manager to process client cases through to successful completion

Be passionate and have the strong desire to grow your customer base

Be fully CeMAP qualified

Pay: 40,000.00-80,000.00 per year
