About the role
This isn't your typical business development or adviser role.
At Systemise & Scale Consulting, we're on a mission to help mortgage and financial advisers double their revenue and freedom, without burnout, chaos, or overwhelm. We're looking for a Mortgage & Protection Business Development Coach to join our high-performance team and become the first point of contact for ambitious advisers ready to transform.
In this role, your main focus is attracting new clients through powerful, consultative conversations. You'll lead short Growth Audit Calls and longer Strategy Sessions to understand where potential clients are today, where they want to be, and what's holding them back. You'll then guide them into the right programme if they're a fit -- no pushy sales, just genuine support.
While your primary focus is front-end client attraction, you'll also use your expertise to support our existing clients ad hoc, helping them improve business performance and sales conversion when needed.
Key responsibilities
Lead 15-minute Growth Audit Calls to explore potential clients' challenges and goals
Deliver 45-minute Strategy Sessions to uncover bottlenecks and present tailored solutions
Guide ideal prospects into Systemise & Scale's programmes through a supportive, consultative approach
Build and nurture trust-based relationships to help prospects move forward confidently
Provide commercial insight and feedback to the marketing and leadership teams to improve client attraction and conversion
Occasionally support existing clients on an ad hoc basis, leveraging your experience to improve sales performance and drive growth
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of call frameworks, CRM processes, and client nurturing systems
