You'll be supporting our team of mortgage and protection advisers in an administrative and paraplanning capacity. You'll proactively manage a pipeline of applications, providing regular updates to all stakeholders throughout the property finance and protection insurance journey, from advisers and clients to lenders and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities
Submitting applications to mortgage lenders and life insurance providers
Overseeing the progress of mortgage cases post-submission, liaising with mortgage lenders, life insurance providers, estate agents and solicitors
Maintaining documentation, inputting correct data and detailed note keeping
Communicating updates to clients and other relevant parties
Working closely with other members of the department and wider team
