As a key point of contact for our clients and mortgage advisers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient mortgage process--from initial enquiry to completion.
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the first point of contact for new mortgage enquiries via phone, email, and website
Gather client information quickly and accurately
Pro-actively search for property for clients to help them secure their dream home
Maintain up-to-date client records and case progress using our CRM system
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate case progression
Provide regular updates to clients and offer exceptional customer service throughout their journey
Support advisers with case packaging, documentation checks, and compliance requirements
Identify cross-selling opportunities for protection and general insurance services
What We're Looking For:
Experience with the property market is essential.
Clear understanding of the workings of the property and mortgage market
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems
Positive, proactive attitude with a team-focused mindset
Sales and target driven
