The Role
We're looking for a
high-energy, results-driven Mortgage Sales Manager
to lead and grow our team of Mortgage Advisers.You'll:
Drive performance
in a fast-paced, tech-powered environment. Developwinning sales strategies
and hit ambitious targets. Guide complex cases to successful outcomes.Coach and mentor
your team to be the best. Keep everythingcompliant
and customer-focused.Experience in complex lending is a bonus -- but what really matters is proven success leading mortgage sales teams.
What You'll Bring
2+ years' experience
managing Mortgage Advisers. Astrong mortgage lending background
with a commercial edge. Data-driven mindset and confidence withCRM & analytics tools
.Proven leadership
and coaching skills. A passion for deliveringoutstanding customer outcomes
