40,000 - 45,000 plus OTE quarterly bonuses. OTE 50,000 - 60,000

After a successful year winning 3 awards at the ESTAS in October 2025, The Levels Financial are looking for an experienced and dynamic Mortgage Services Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing Mortgage Consultants. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a proven leader or a senior adviser ready to take the next step in their career.

What you'll do:

Lead and Develop:

Recruit, train, and inspire a team of Mortgage & Protection Advisers to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Drive Performance:

Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and business growth.

Ensure Compliance:

Oversee the team's compliance with all regulatory standards (FCA), network standards and internal quality controls.

Collaborate Strategically:

Work with a wide range of lead sources and internal marketing team to identify new business opportunities and foster strong working relationships.

Report and Forecast:

Provide clear and accurate reporting on team forecasts and results to senior management.

Who we're looking for:

Qualified:

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) is essential, with extensive experience in the mortgage and protection market.

Experienced Leader:

Proven leadership and management experience, ideally within financial services. We will also consider applications from high-performing Senior Mortgage Advisers ready for a management role.

Results-Driven:

A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets within a competitive environment.

Skilled Communicator:

Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.

Customer-Focused:

Committed to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring good customer outcomes.
