What you'll do:

Deliver engaging training programs, including Initial Training Programmes (ITP) and Skill Builder sessions for new starters Support Sales Managers in developing the skills, knowledge, and performance of their teams Run one-to-one and group training sessions, sharing your expertise and motivating others

Where you'll be based:

Mainly Bristol, Cotswolds, Somerset & South Wales, with occasional travel to other locations such as Northampton, Milton Keynes, and Swindon for specific training programs on a rota basis.

What we're looking for:

2+ years in a Mortgage Services Consultant/Management role (estate agency or retail environment preferred) Proven ability to motivate and influence sales teams Strong knowledge of financial services and estate agency CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification Excellent communication skills
