We are currently recruiting for skilled and talented MOT Testers and Vehicle Technicians/Mechanics to join our winning team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests, servicing and repairs to vehicles in our busy workshop. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for attention to detail and excellent customer service

Duties

Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used Diagnose mechanical issues, identify and carry out repairs needed Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. Road testing vehicles to ensure the quality of your work Maintain tools and equipment ensuring everything is safe and working. What you'll need to be part of the winning team ! Proven experience as an MOT Tester and mechanic/vehicle technician Strong understanding of mechanical systems Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnostics. Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members. Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent are desirable. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
