As a Motion Designer, you'll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that is platform-native and performance-driven. You'll work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life, using a mix of animation, typography, video editing, and effects to stop thumbs and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design:
+ Design and animate social-first motion content for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.
+ Work with our creative strategists and copywriters to develop content optimised for performance. Adapting and resizing assets for multiple formats and aspect ratios.
+ Guide the implementation of
AI tools
across video production to drive innovation, efficiency, and creative excellence.
Video Editing for Paid Social Campaigns:
+ Editing of high-quality video content tailored for paid social ads, ensuring videos are optimised for different platforms and audience demographics.
+ Collaborate closely with the media and creative teams to develop video content strategies that drive campaign success.
+ Use performance data and insights to continually refine and optimise video content, ensuring that videos perform well across key metrics such as engagement, view-through rates, and conversion rates.
Motion Design/Animation:
+ Create engaging graphic animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects tailored for digital ads and organic content.
+ Edit and enhance video content with dynamic transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.
Team and Process Management:
+ The ability to work efficiently to enable quick turnaround times on delivery, when required.
+ Lead the workflow across video production teams, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and deadlines using project management tools.
Innovation and Trends:
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video content, social media formats, and platform-specific specifications to ensure the agency is at the forefront of innovation in paid social video advertising.
+ Experiment with new video formats and storytelling techniques that enhance the effectiveness of campaigns, driving both client satisfaction and audience engagement.
Platform Optimisation and Compliance:

Experience in a Digital or Advertising Agency:
