Real Chemistry is looking for a Motion + Graphic Designer to join our growing team!
Are you a designer with a sharp eye for layout, a passion for animation, and a love for visual storytelling? We're looking for a versatile Motion + Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and knows how to bring both static and animated designs to life across brands and platforms.
We're a creative agency focused on producing standout content and design that resonates across social, digital, and brand platforms. Our team values originality, collaboration, and craftsmanship. We work with a range of healthcare and wellness brands--big and small--and believe strong design has the power to connect and inspire.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our UK offices--including London, Manchester and Edinburgh--depending on team and business needs.
What you'll do:Collaborate with our social team and creative leads to develop design concepts and animated content Create visually engaging motion graphics for branded campaigns, digital ads, and social media Design clean, modern, and on-brand static graphics--from social carousels to campaign visuals Translate illustrations, brand elements, and storyboards into eye-catching motion Work in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma to bring ideas to life Balance multiple projects and timelines with a calm, solutions-first attitude

What you should have:5+ years of experience in both motion and graphic design (agency or in-house preferred) A portfolio that showcases strong visual design, animation, and an eye for typography and layout Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and experience with Premiere Pro is a plus but not required Experience designing for social-first content and adapting designs across platforms Strong communication skills and comfort working in remote/hybrid setups Full-time availability, Monday-Friday

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in-office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on-site learning, and connecting with client partners is a critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be. Outside of these offices, we have regions, where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities. We call this our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach.
