Working Days:

4 Days on 4 Days off

Working Hours:

12 hour shifts with an hour for lunch. Start times vary on a monthly basis between 6am and 10am.

Skill Set Required:

The position shall require exceptional customer service skills and a motivated person with a good work ethic, the ability to handle phone calls confidently and the candidate should be comfortable with basic computer skills. The candidate should be able to work within a team and have a warming personality. There will be an element of customer services, mediation and complaint resolution work involved therefore experience in a call centre or customer services setting would be advantageous but not necessary.

The Role:

Handling customers calls following a breakdown of their motor vehicle. To reassure them and handle their predicament with empathy and understanding Accurately receive and input the customers details and information into our management software to allow us to provide assistance An understanding our membership wordings and customer benefits, to suitably advise and manage the customer's breakdown, in a timely and efficient manner Liaising and arranging assistance to the client through our network of recovery partners To see each recovery through to completion, to uphold the expect high standards of the Company and ensure the service received by the customer was to their satisfaction

We operate a bonus system for Claims Handlers that excel and maintain a high standard of their duties. Employees are eligible to enter the bonus system after 12 months of service.
