We are currently looking for a Commercial Motor Broker Support Handler to join our professional and welcoming team in Orpington.

You will be joining a busy, proactive team of brokers who specialise in Commercial Insurance.

Brown and Brown Insurance focuses heavily on training and development and a full induction and training plan will be provided to successful applicants.

On a day-to-day basis you'll be:

New business quoting, negotiating, broking and administration - converting new business enquires in line with, or in excess of, company targets. Renewal negotiating, broking and administration - converting renewal business in line with, or excess of, company targets. Midterm adjustments & administration. Incoming and outbound call handing - new and existing clients. Maintaining day to day compliance procedures for FCA regulation. Effectively manage individual diary. Cross selling other insurance products.

About you:

The successful candidate will have a desire to be part of a team within an office environment. Have previous experience within administration and customer service. Have a desire to be part of the insurance industry. Previous experience in insurance account management or broker support would be desired but not essential.
