The position is currently located in Ipswich, but in 2026 the office will be moving to Chelmsford. Therefore, Chelmsford should be within a reasonable commuting distance for you as the new office location.
Role Description
In this role, you'll prevent, investigate, and detect insurance claims fraud by managing case portfolios, providing business referral support, and collaborating with external organizations like the Insurance Fraud Bureau and law enforcement agencies.
You'll also make key decisions on retaining referrals from internal and external sources for the Claims Crime Prevention Teams, ensuring genuine claims are returned promptly with clear feedback.
This is a hybrid role based in either our Bournemouth, Leeds or Ipswich offices, with the expectation to be on-site one day per month.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa 29,300 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
