We are seeking an experienced and confident

HCPC-registered Paramedic

with advanced motorcycle riding skills to provide rapid-response medical support across London. The successful candidate will operate as a solo responder, delivering high-quality pre-hospital care in fast-moving rail passenger area environments.

Surbiton Base

This role is ideal for a paramedic who is comfortable making autonomous clinical decisions and can navigate London traffic efficiently using a response motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities

Provide immediate assessment and treatment to patients in emergency and urgent situations on Rail Network Area Respond rapidly to incidents via motorcycle in a safe and professional manner. Liaise with ambulance crews, event control, incident commanders, or other medical staff as required. Maintain accurate patient care records and follow organisational clinical governance standards. Ensure all equipment, medicines, and the motorcycle (if supplied) are checked and ready at the start of each shift. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and patient care.

Essential Requirements

HCPC-Registered Paramedic

. Demonstrable frontline or pre-hospital experience. Full UK motorcycle licence (Category A). Strong motorcycle riding competence (advanced rider qualification desirable). Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently under pressure.
