We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. Duties

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently, implementing appropriate repair solutions Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as required Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with team members to optimise maintenance schedules and minimise downtime

Qualifications

Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role specialising in mechanical repairs Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Relevant qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or related fields are desirable but not essential
