We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of machinery and vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to mechanical work.
Experience
Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical issues.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
