We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements Use hand tools and power tools effectively to disassemble, repair, and reassemble components Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs undertaken Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as required Collaborate with team members to optimise maintenance procedures and minimise downtime

Qualifications

Proven experience in mechanical maintenance or repair roles Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc. Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and impact drivers Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics accurately Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Relevant qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or related fields are desirable but not essential
