We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. Duties
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all types of vehicle makes
Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently, implementing effective repairs
Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to optimise operational efficiency
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimise downtime
Experience
Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar technical role
Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, impact wrenches, etc.
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Relevant qualifications or certifications in mechanical or technical trades are preferred but not essential
