A & E Leisure, a reputable business located in Cheshire, is currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on leisure vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer service. The focus of this role will be working in our workshop, where you will be tasked with performing installations of air suspension and hydraulic levelling systems. Therefore, this position is ideally suited for individuals with experience in the mechanical or motor industry.
The position entails the following responsibilities:
- Performing installations of air suspension and hydraulic levelling systems on Motorhomes.
- Conducting testing and diagnosing faults in vehicles.
- Handling 12v and electrical systems.
- Carrying out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and services.
- Addressing identified issues by servicing and repairing vehicles.
- Ensuring the longevity and safety of equipment and facilities through regular maintenance.
- Utilizing diagnostic equipment accurately to inspect vehicles and identify any issues.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a curious and technically inclined mindset for this position. While training will be provided, it is essential that the candidate has a solid foundation in the basics. Above all, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive "can do" attitude and a strong desire to continuously improve and contribute their own innovative ideas to enhance the role.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanic.
