We are seeking a Mechanic or 3rd year apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles and machinery. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Duties
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic equipment and tools.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and vehicle maintenance practices.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
