We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to
join our SLM Toyota Lowestoft team as a Customer Consultant
. A Toyota Customer Consultant guides the customer throughout their journey with us, through the vehicle sales and aftersales processes.
What we're looking for in a Customer Consultant:
Previous experience in motor trade sales or service is preferrable
Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
Excellent customer service/people skills, delivery services to high standards
Proficient in relevant computer applications and systems.
Full UK driving licence
Ability to successfully use persuasiveness/negotiation techniques
Knowledge of sales principles and methods
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision
Polite, calm and approachable personality
Flexible 'can do' approach
Key job areas of the Customer Consultant role:
Build rapport and create a bespoke customer experience
Develop relationships to win new business
Respond to queries from new/existing customers from multiple channels
Maintain up to date knowledge on manufacturer vehicles and product options
Follow sales processes to ensure compliance
Work as a full member of the dealership team.
