Motor Trade Driver
Job Description
We are a growing used-car dealership looking for a reliable Motor Trade Driver with good mechanical awareness and car knowledge. This role involves collecting, delivering, and moving vehicles, so confidence and care with different types of cars is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Collecting and delivering vehicles to customers, auctions, and other sites
Driving a wide range of vehicles (manual & automatic)
Carrying out basic vehicle checks (warning lights, tyres, fluids, noises, body condition)
Moving vehicles between locations safely and professionally
Keeping customers and the office updated during collections/deliveries
Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence (clean or minimal points)
Strong understanding of cars (motor trade experience preferred)
Confident driving both manual and automatic vehicles
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable using Google Maps and WhatsApp
Desirable (but not essential)
Previous experience in the motor trade, valet, mechanic, or auction work
Trade plate experience
Ability to identify obvious mechanical or cosmetic issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 50.00-75.00 per day
