We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious General Sales Manager based at our Renault dealership in Wakefield.

For the role of General Sales Manager based in the West Yorkshire region you will receive:

Salary Up to 80,000 OTE

33 days holiday package

Duties & Responsibilities

Working as a highly involved General Sales Manager, you will be experienced in:

Coaching and motivating a team of Sales Controllers and Executives to reach and exceed Company targets and expectations

Controlling costs in line with Dealership and Department objectives

Driving the business forward by maximising sales and profitability

Constantly improving customer satisfaction

Skills

As an integral part of our sales process, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:

First class Selling and Marketing skills - gained within the Motor trade

Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to coach a Sales force

Sound knowledge of employment best practice

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads

Up-to-date knowledge of employment best practise and motor trade practices

The Person

The role would ideally suit a highly professional and dynamic General Sales Manager with a strong track record in the automotive sector and the following qualities:
