Due to continued growth and success, we are now looking to recruit additional Motor Trade Insurance Sales Executives, to join our successful business development team in our Birmingham Office.

You don't need to have come from an insurance background, however we are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy turning quality leads into long-term clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Following up on warm leads from online quote requests, in a timely manner, with no cold calling Understanding clients' business needs, their motoring history, and their coverage requirements Advising and selling tailored motor trade insurance policies using a range of exclusive products Working towards and achieving individual sales targets with the support of a high-performing team

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills;

Proven experience in a sales or business development environment Motivated by success and earning potential Strong work ethic and time management Resilient, target-focused, and coachable Exemplary customer service skills An understanding of regulated selling processes
