Fleet Technician

to join our team.

This isn't just "oil and filters." You'll be working on a diverse fleet ranging from standard vehicles to specialised welfare units and accommodation trailers. You will be based in our fully equipped workshop (complete with lifts and the latest diagnostic tools) with the opportunity to head out on the road to support our fleet across London and the South East.

The Role

Maintain and service our diverse fleet of vehicles and plant equipment. Conduct MOT preparations to ensure the fleet stays on the road. Diagnose, assess, and repair faults to the highest safety standards. Respond to breakdowns across London and the South East (Van provided). Ensure all technical documentation and health & safety standards are met.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Time-served mechanic or minimum

NVQ Level 2

(or equivalent).

Skillset:

Strong diagnostic abilities and a high standard of accuracy.

Mindset:

A proactive professional who can work independently but enjoys being part of a team.

Communication:

Clear communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
