Duties

Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.
Engage in customer retention and satisfaction activities.
Develop customised proposals and negotiate terms to close deals efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and resolve any client issues promptly.
Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up schedules. Using internal CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Engage with company social media platforms to grow awareness of the company and showroom ranges.
Skills
Proven experience in sales with a strong understanding of sales management principles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with clients from a lead or follow-up call.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and professionally.
Organised with exceptional time management skills to handle sales-leads simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing sales activities efficiently.

Salary
Basic salary at 26,500 plus uncapped sales potential of 6% of net profit line from all vehicle sales, incl finance commissions, accessories, clothing/helmets/shop products. Uncapped commission of 35,000 achievable.
