Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technician to join our South Downs Motorcycles team in Petersfield!
Recently established in 2023, South Downs Motorcycles are the solus Norton dealer for the south of the UK and we are looking for a new team member to come on board for the ride with us! Reporting into our General Manager, you will be working alongside a friendly and passionate crew. You will be provided full training and support where needed/required to meet brand standards.
Essential Criteria:
- Level 2 qualified
- MOT qualified
Main Responsibilities:
- To carry out routine servicing or maintenance on all makes of bikes.
- Conduct diagnosis of any found or reported faults, carrying out repairs as required (PDI checks, changes of tyres, oil, brake pads, clutch and tracker installations)
- Carry out road tests to confirm correct operation and stability following service/repair
- Completion of appropriate documentation for records
- Advise appropriate colleagues of any additional work/faults found
- Ensure that work is completed within manufacturers' standard times where possible
- Provide great customer service and offer advice to drivers and their managers

Experience:
Motorcycle Technician: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Level 2 City & Guilds Automotive qualification (required)
