Duties

The Motorcycle Valeting, Driver & General Support role is a fast paced, varied & active role and requires a level of flexibility as no two days will be the same.

This role will require you to prepare motorcycles by washing & polishing & applying ceramic coatings (as required ) ready for sale/collection. Training can be provided for ceramic coatings. You will be required to assist with bike collections / deliveries to & from our customers as needed (at times, collections/deliveries may require you to be out of the store for most of the day depending on the location). Other tasks will involve un-crating of motorcycles, moving bikes between storage areas, assisting workshop with prepping for technicians work i.e collating parts for a job, bringing motorcycles to workshop area etc. Assist our sales team with motorcycle movement within the showroom and our sister company MPW ( Motorcycle Parts Warehouse) with unloading parts containers etc as required. General Yard housekeeping and other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

Full UK valid, clean driving licence required ( for a 3.5T Van) Ability to adapt and be flexible to the requirements of the role. Physically fit and able to handle manual work including heavy lifting & moving of bikes, parts and equipment. Excellent work ethic and time management skills. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently & as part of a team. Comfortable working in variable weather conditions. Reliable with excellent time keeping
Delivery Driving experience desirable but not essential.

Motorcycle licence is not essential.

Hours

Full-time permanent role - 37hrs per week.

Mon- Thur 9-5.30pm, Fri - 9-5pm, hour for lunch each day.

Saturdays may be required on occasion if workload requires it.

Salary

Salary done on experience

Bonus scheme eligibility after successful completion of a 6 mth probation period.
