Job Description

To actively promote and sell new and used motorhomes and caravans to customers, providing excellent service from initial enquiry through to post-sale support. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a professional and friendly experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers in the showroom and on the forecourt. Provide detailed information on vehicle features, layouts, pricing, and finance options. Conduct vehicle demonstrations Handle sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Prepare and present quotes, part-exchange valuations, and finance packages. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system. Ensure vehicles are presented to showroom standards. Attend industry events or shows as required. Liaise with workshop and admin staff to ensure smooth delivery of sold units. Provide aftersales support and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented. Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach. Valid UK driving licence (essential). IT literate - experience with dealership CRM or DMS is a plus. Willingness to work weekends and public holidays (as required).

Desirable:

Knowledge of leisure vehicles, touring caravans, or campervans. Experience in preparing finance proposals and documentation.
