We've built a strong reputation over the past two decades for motorsport preparation, rolling road tuning, turbo conversions, custom fabrication, and high-quality MOT/servicing. Motorsport Technician / Fabricator

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced technician who has a passion for motorsport and performance engineering. The role involves:

Motorsport vehicle preparation and race support. Custom fabrication (exhausts, roll cages, intercooler piping, brackets, etc.). Turbo and performance conversions. General servicing and mechanical repairs. Occasional trackside support for customer vehicles.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in motorsport engineering, fabrication, or custom automotive builds. Strong welding and fabrication skills (TIG/MIG). Excellent mechanical knowledge across performance and race cars. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, committed team. Attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Flexibility to support occasional weekend track events.

Desirable but not essential:

Motorsport college training or engineering qualifications. Experience with dyno tuning, ECU installation, or wiring.

Hours:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (with occasional weekend work for motorsport events)
