Location:

Manor Park, Runcorn, Cheshire

Working Hours

Three-weekly rotating shifts, Monday - Friday:

06:30 - 15:00

14:30 - 23:00

22:30 - 07:00
(First half hour is paid at a premium rate depending on the shift start time)

Salary

25,397

this will be discussed with the successful applicant and will reflect experience, qualifications, and current earnings.

Moulding Operator

to join our growing Moulding Department. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining product excellence in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're a dependable team player who thrives in a structured setting and takes pride in high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out manual tasks in the moulding process following training

Meet required quality and production standards

Complete accurate production and quality documentation

Ensure compliance with QS 9002 and company procedures

Wear specified PPE at all times

Conduct visual product checks to ensure high quality

Maintain housekeeping standards around machines and workstations

Report safety issues, hazards, or quality concerns promptly

Support cross-functional activities as needed

Participate in ongoing training and development

Adapt to different processes across the department

Perform any other duties required to support operations

What We're Looking For

o A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a hands-on approach

o Strong commitment to health & safety and quality assurance

o Physically capable of manual handling and working on your feet for long periods

o A team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills

o Flexibility to work across various shifts and roles

Reporting Line

This role reports directly to the Shift Supervisor.
