Overview

Non Slip Shop Ltd manufactures polyurethane surface-mounted tactiles for nationwide distribution. We are looking for a reliable and professional Moulding & Production Operative to join our small manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on, production-based role focused solely on making, finishing, and packing our tactile products. Full training is provided.

Role Details

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent.

Pay:

13.00 per hour.

Main Duties

Preparing raw materials for production. Pouring polyurethane into moulds. Trimming, finishing, and quality-checking tactiles. Packing completed products ready for dispatch. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

We require someone who can demonstrate:

A responsible, professional approach to work. Strong attention to detail, reliability and excellent timekeeping. Ability to follow step-by-step production procedures. Comfort working in a structured and repetitive production environment. Positive attitude within a small team.

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing, production, or hands-on workshop experience is highly desirable Experience with moulding, mixing, or similar manual processes is an advantage Full training provided
