Job Description

Robinsons Relocation Limited are looking to recruit a full time Move Administrator to join our team at Redditch. Responsible for the branch administration for domestic clients and management of one of our key accounts, you will coordinate the moving process in line with the business and customers' requirements. Liaising with the account, branch managers, service providers and customers to build effective relationships and ensure a smooth home removal process from start to end. The ideal candidate will have administration and customer service experience and be confident in multi-tasking.

Responsibilities



The face of the company and first point of contact for customer enquiries. Administration tasks including, updating data base records, booking surveys, booking parking permits, liaising/planning with external suppliers and clients Supporting branch managers with daily administrative tasks Preparation of paperwork and documentation with accuracy and efficiency Providing quotations, dealing with invoices, monitoring payments and maintaining monthly storage account invoices/payments Organising removals for customers including liaising with colleagues, contractors and external agents to ensure a smooth process from start to finish Delivering a high level of customer service, in a friendly and helpful manner, aiming to exceed the customer's expectation and always ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills and Experience



Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and suppliers. Excellent organisation skills and time management, including working to deadlines. Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail. Professional approach and attitude, with confident verbal and written communication skills. Proactive approach with a 'can do attitude'. Must be MS Office and Outlook literate. Removals industry experience preferred but not essential. Team player with ability to work independently.
