MRB Engineer - Aerospace Manufacturer

The Role:

As MRB Engineer, you'll act as the technical bridge between design engineering and manufacturing, reviewing non-conformances and driving effective solutions to enhance safety, compliance, and product reliability. This is a great opportunity to lead process improvement and set the standards for airworthiness in aviation products.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and resolve non-conforming items Perform engineering reviews to ensure products meet airworthiness and certification requirements Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions Support documentation for certification bodies, including EASA, CAA, and FAA Contribute to the development of engineering best practices and lessons learned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience) Previous engineering experience in aviation, aerospace, or related sectors Strong working knowledge of quality and certification standards Proficient in root cause analysis, CAD, and engineering data management systems Detail-oriented, decisive, and skilled communicator
