As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced MRI Property Management System Implementation & Optimisation IT Expert to join our team.

Role Overview

:



The IT Expert will be responsible for the complete setup, configuration, integration, and optimization of the MRI Property Management system to ensure the platform is utilised to its full potential. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and property management process knowledge to deliver a robust, customized, and efficient MRI environment tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities




Lead the end-to-end implementation of the MRI Property Management system, including initial setup, configuration of modules, and integration with existing business systems.

Customize the MRI platform to align with company workflows, reporting requirements, and operational objectives. Manage data migration from Legacie systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition process. Oversee user onboarding, including account creation, access controls, and permissions management. Develop and deliver training programs and user documentation to ensure staff can fully leverage MRI's features. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to MRI support or third-party vendors as necessary. Optimize system automation tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. Regularly monitor system performance, conduct audits, and implement upgrades or patches as needed to maintain security and compliance. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend process improvements, and ensure the system meets evolving business needs. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices. Stay current with MRI Software updates, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing system optimization.

Requirements



Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in property management system implementation, consulting, or IT project management, preferably with MRI Software. Strong understanding of property management business processes and best practices. Technical proficiency with MRI Software, SQL Server or other RDBMS, and integration methodologies. Experience in data migration, system integration, and user training. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and end-users.o Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Experience with compliance, security standards, and IT governance in a property management context.

Desirable Skills



Professional certifications in MRI Software or related property management systems. Experience with ERP systems or large-scale IT infrastructure projects in real estate or property management. Familiarity with automation tools, business process reengineering, and reporting/analytics solutions.
