MRO Officer
:
Manage MRO maintenance across Saica Operations, Up keep and maintain information within the CMMS system, identification and Purchase of Spare parts and contracts, Manage projects regarding improvements and maintenance activities across Saica operations
Main tasks/functions/responsibilities:
Comply with and ensure the fulfilment of Quality, Safety, Equal Opportunity and Environment policies.
Train employees in the use and the applications of the maintenance management program.
Control Import and export documentation
Maintain Material listing via SAP and Maximo
Mechanical Team leader for assigned duties
Manage MRO Activities across site
Plan and create preventive operations performed on the line, in the maintenance management computer program.
Compile all the necessary documentation and ask the HSE department for factory access cards for external personnel taking part in factory maintenance tasks.
Manage stock take systems and audits
Support Maintenance Personnel Mechanical and Electrical
Cooperate with the Organization and Systems department in the development of the maintenance management computer program.
Manage and identify spare parts required for the upkeep of the machinery and operational units
Periodically review spare part orders that are pending delivery and follow them up if necessary
Manage spare parts that are to be repaired by the department; make out the work orders and be responsible for delivery to the warehouse. Close the work orders for these jobs when they have been finished.
Carry out the necessary arrangements for sending spares, equipment that has broken down or materials and elements in need of repair or adjustment to external workshops. Plan, with the help of Logistics, the loading and unloading of rolls, ceramics, presses, screws, etc. both at destination and at origin by carrying out transport requests.
