The Role
We are recruiting new team members into our MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) operation, working on aircraft propellers and associated components. Depending on your background and interests, you could join as either an MRO Technician or an MRO Inspector.
MRO Technicians focus on hands-on workshop tasks such as:
Preparing, sanding and masking composite propeller blades for repair and paint
Disassembling and cleaning propeller assemblies
Assisting with paint preparation and material handling
Supporting general workshop maintenance and upkeep
MRO Inspectors concentrate on quality assessment and decision-making, including:
Visually inspecting propeller components for damage or corrosion using magnification and borescopes
Measuring mechanical features with precision tools and verifying aerofoils using 3D scanning
Interpreting maintenance manuals and engineering drawings
Recording findings, determining serviceability, and issuing release documentation
Both roles are vital to our operation and work closely together to return propellers safely to service.

We welcome applicants from a variety of technical backgrounds.
Technician candidates will ideally bring:
