MS Dynamics 365 F&O Test Strategy Lead

UK - Somerset - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 F&O Test Strategy Lead to join our growing team in the Somerset. This role requires expertise in defining and implementing test strategies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) deployments, ensuring seamless integration and quality assurance across business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for D365 F&O implementations. Lead test planning, execution, and defect management across multiple project phases. Ensure functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing aligns with business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to drive testing best practices. Provide leadership in test automation and CI/CD integration within D365 projects.

What you will bring:

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in testing ERP systems, with a focus on D365 F&O
Strong knowledge of test methodologies, automation frameworks, and performance testing
Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Selenium, or RSAT Ability to engage with business and technical teams to define and execute testing strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
