Skills, knowledge, experience required:

A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated for by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to DX, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post; Proven experience developing, customizing, and supporting solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O); Proficiency in X++ and C# for Dynamics 365 F&O customizations and integrations.

Desirable:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) strongly preferred; Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.

Duties/role:

Customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, demonstrating expertise in its data structures, frameworks, and development tools such as Visual Studio and Lifecycle Services (LCS), Unified Developer Experience (UDE), and the Power Platform Admin Centre (PPAC). Having experience with extension models and best practices for upgrades and maintainability; Designing and building integrations between F&O and external systems using Power Automate, Dataverse, virtual tables, and RESTful APIs. Ensuring data integrity, security, and performance in integration solutions. Creating and maintaining automated workflows in Power Automate to streamline business processes such as data entry, approvals, and notifications, triggered by events in F&O or other platforms. Monitoring and optimizing automation for reliability and scalability.
