Physioflexx is a friendly and enthusiastic private physiotherapy company, providing a consistently high standard of patient-centred care, innovative treatments and a diverse range of services within our clinics based across Ayrshire. We have a pro-active approach to physiotherapy with manual therapy and active rehabilitation being primary components of the care we provide. We offer self-management classes including Physio-Led Pilates and Reformer Pilates.

We offer a friendly and enjoyable working environment as well as creating learning opportunities with in-service training and by supporting external course attendance.

We are currently seeking to recruit a full time physiotherapist to join our team in order to accommodate our business growth. This post is for 40 hours per week and would involve a mixture of 9-5pm, 11-7 pm or 12-8 pm shifts. The successful candidate will work across both our Prestwick and Stewarton clinics.

The successful candidate will have:-

The ability to manage a clinical caseload effectively, providing assessment and treatment of the highest standard.

Excellent communication skills and recognise the importance of building trust and rapport with the patients in their care

An enthusiastic, flexible and motivated attitude and approach to the needs within the Practice

A commitment to CPD opportunities which will be supported internally and

externally by the Practice

A participative role in the promotion and development of the Practice

The ability to work both autonomously as a sole practitioner and as part of a team

Must have the right to work in the UK as we are not able to provide Visa Sponsorships at this time.

Person Specification

The successful candidate must be:-

A chartered physiotherapist with evidence of C.P.D

A member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (C.S.P)

Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (H.C.P.C)

Knowledgeable of the registered body and H.C.P.C codes and guidelines and their implications for the Practice

Acupuncture/Dry Needling would be advantageous

Mat Pilates trained or have a keen interest in becoming a Pilates and reformer teacher is required.
