We are looking for a skilled and driven MSK Therapist / Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. Your Role



As an MSK Therapist / Physiotherapist at MCR Injury Clinic, you'll be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Aftercare in the form of exercise prescription will also be a key role of a therapist. Beyond clinical care, you'll play a vital role in the success of the clinic by maintaining a strong social media presence, building relationships with patients, and upholding our core values.

Key Responsibilities



Patient Care & Treatment

Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans. Deliver hands-on therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed. Provide ongoing support to help patients achieve long-term results.

Clinic & Professional Development

Maintain a clean, professional, and organised workspace. Stay up to date with the latest industry research and techniques. Engage in continued professional development (CPD) and clinic training. Actively participate in clinic events and initiatives.

Marketing & Business Growth



Maintain a strong social media presence to engage current and potential patients. Create and share informative content to establish yourself as an expert in MSK therapy. Support the clinic's brand by contributing to educational workshops and community outreach. Build positive relationships with patients to encourage referrals and repeat bookings.

Qualifications



A degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or a related field. Registered with

HCPC, BASRaT, or STA

. Previous experience in MSK therapy is essential. Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, rehab protocols, and patient care strategies. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Willingness to develop your personal brand and contribute to clinic marketing.
