Back to Basics Physio was founded in 2021 with a mission to deliver expert, gold-standard care to clients across Glasgow. Our services combine high-quality physiotherapy with a personal, patient-focused approach. Alongside our clinic-based care, we also offer a home visit service for older adults and those with mobility challenges.

We recently opened a new, well-equipped clinic complete with private treatment rooms and a gym rehabilitation space. We're a friendly and supportive team, committed to clinical excellence and a welcoming environment for both staff and patients.

Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing team at Back to Basics Physio. We're looking for a passionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Physiotherapist with additional qualifications in massage therapy to deliver high-quality MSK and rehabilitation care within the clinic, and to provide home visits to older adults as part of our community outreach service.

This role offers flexibility and autonomy, with scope to shape your caseload and working pattern in collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical condition and develop personalised treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, massage, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation Provide education and advice on injury prevention and long-term management Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of care Carry out domiciliary visits (as agreed) with a focus on supporting older adults, falls prevention, and mobility rehabilitation
Essential Requirements:

Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc) HCPC registration and CSP membership Massage qualification (e.g. Level 3 or equivalent) Car driver with access to own vehicle (community visits required) A minimum of 1 year's experience in the UK (MSK or rehab setting preferred) CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly Confidence working independently in both clinic and home environments Experience with MSK and/or older adult rehabilitation desirable Flexible, reliable, and motivated to deliver the highest standard of care

Pay: From 25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
