We are currently looking for a Multi Carpenter

to join our team in Wokingham.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

The post holder will be a mobile operative and engineer that is responsible for responding to, and completing repairs as directed. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and other similar activities within domestic and other properties. You will utilse all aspects of your specialist trade and secondary/multi trades as well as your excellent analytical skills in diagnosing faults and implementing remedies on the first visit to the property as much as possible. You will ensure that maintenance works are completed safely to SHE requirements, delivered efficiently and to a professionally high standard; working flexibly, alone or within a team and completing works within required timescales and deadlines. The post holder will also, as required, provide an out of hours service provision on a rota or other basis.

Skills/Experience:

Previous experience in a Multi Trader role particularly in social housing NVQ in Carpentry or a trade.

Pay: Up to 38,000.00 per year
