We're excited to offer a Marketing Apprenticeship for someone who's eager to launch a career in marketing. This hands-on role is perfect for a creative, curious and motivated individual looking to gain real-world experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
You'll be part of a supportive team, learning a wide range of digital marketing skills through practical experience and formal training.
We offer a supportive and hands-on learning environment where you'll gain real experience across the full spectrum of digital marketing. From day one, you'll be trusted with meaningful work, encouraged to develop your own style and given the tools and support to grow your skills and confidence.
As a Marketing Apprentice, you'll support our Marketing and Administration teams across a variety of channels and platforms, including:
Analytics & Reporting - Learning to use tools like Google Analytics to track performance and engagement
Client Communication - Assisting with communication to and on behalf of clients
Data Input & Admin - Supporting CRM and data-related tasks
Copywriting - Writing engaging content for blogs, social posts, web pages, and more
Social Media Marketing - Creating, scheduling, and analysing content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
Email Marketing - Assisting with the design and sending of newsletters and campaigns
Photography & Visual Content - Capturing or sourcing visuals for use in digital campaigns
Website Management - Helping update and maintain our website content and SEO
You'll work closely with the team and be given both individual tasks and collaborative projects. Expect to
receive regular feedback, plenty of learning opportunities, and guidance as you build your confidence and skillset in all areas of digital marketing.
A full driving license is required, as the workplace is in rural location with limited public transport and no nearby amenities. You will also need to be able to travel to client properties to assist with photoshoots when needed.

Breaks: 15 minute paid break in the morning & 30 minute un-paid lunch break
